SHIPPING POLICY
Core Carry is committed to delivering your order as quickly and affordably as possible. Our standard shipping in the United States typically takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that processing times are not included in the estimated delivery times. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not arrive in perfect condition or are not satisfied with your purchase, we will send you a brand-new replacement at no cost.
To initiate a replacement, please contact us at hello@corecarry.com with your concerns. All requests must be received within 15 days of receipt. For purchases made between November 1st and December 15th, the replacement period is automatically extended through December 31st.
We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if items show signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage. Replacements are only accepted for items purchased directly from corecarry.com. Items returned with animal hair, or those ordered in multiple colors for trial, may be subject to a cleaning fee or restocking fee, as well as shipping cost reimbursement to Core Carry.
